I used to be either bound to the bed or put in a cage for the night, every night. Now, it's only when Master is home. The form it takes varies, depending upon His mood. However, it almost always includes having one ankle bound to the foot of the bed (that is, until the freakin' dog chewed about a foot off my rope!). If my wrists are also to be bound, it's usually one of two ways... either bound together and then tied to the headboard, or He'll attach a length of chain to each cuff and run the chain through the d-ring on the front of my sleep collar. The dog cage is rarely used, but I've spent a few nights in it, just because.
He's got an inflatable sleep sack, though, that He wants to put me in for the night just as soon as I'm small enough to fit in it.
