Status: offline 		WASHINGTON -- Hillary Clinton isn't president yet. She hasn't even won the Democratic nomination. But a Republican congressman is already getting ready for the opportunity to impeach her -- on the first day of her hypothetical presidency.

Rep. Mo Brooks (R-Ala.) recently spoke with talk radio host Matt Murphy and said the real issue with Clinton's use of a private email server as secretary of state is "how many lives she put at risk by violating all rules of law that are designed to protect America's top-secret and classified information from falling into the hands of our geopolitical foes who then might use that information to result in the deaths of Americans."

Brooks added Republicans are going to make sure this issue follows Clinton into office, should she be elected president in 2016.

"And in my judgement, with respect to Hillary Clinton, she will be a unique president if she is elected by the public next November, because the day she's sworn in is the day that she's subject to impeachment because she has committed high crimes and misdemeanors," he said.

Brooks' office did not return a request for future details about the impeachment plan.

How many times have Democrats impeached a sitting US President in the last thirty years?

That's right....none...

So its not quite stupid. In fact, its a telling fact of the viewpoint of Republicans and the Tea Party: They are against honest government.

Really. So...other than Nixon (who resigned prior to impeachment, and was not impeached for "any flimsy, silly and stupid reason"), who are these "any republicans" the Democrats are impeaching?????

No, American Capitalism in business. We remove the ones whom disagree with the President and install those whom agree with the President. Just like in any company operating within the United States.

How many people would get fired in Mr. Trump's businesses if they all decided not to follow his instructions and do their own things? All of them. Replaced quickly by people that WILL do what Mr. Trump states.

The gop/tp are political parties not private business



We remove the ones whom disagree with the President and install those whom agree with the President. Just like in any company operating within the United States.


We the people nor we the electoral college are like any company operating within the u.s.

How many people would get fired in Mr. Trump's businesses if they all decided not to follow his instructions and do their own things? All of them. Replaced quickly by people that WILL do what Mr. Trump states.

I'll let you think about that one for a while. Give it some good, honest, objective thought. In time you'll understand what I mean. Here is a hint to help you get started:

What does a business want? Profit.

What does the GOP/TP want? Power

Profit = Power.

How does a business get profit? By doing things in a legal manner. The action maybe ethical or not. In some cases, not even legal either!

How does the GOP/TP obtain power?

When you answer that one fully, then try to state the GOP/TP is not a business. Their business is not to obtain Profit, but to obtain something much more powerful and dangerous in the wrong hands.

We common citizens are no different from government workers. Since the US Government is composed of common citizens. A business, is a form of government. A sole proprietor in business is a dictatorship in government. The Corporation (as a concept) is just a modern form of feudalism. Or are you getting hung up that someone simply changed the name on the package while keeping the contents the same that's giving you trouble?

The electoral college is simply a cog in the works. Who decides who is CEO? The business version of the Electoral College: The Board of Directors. Or, Share Holders (if the company is publicly traded). In either case, the CEO/President is elected. The difference: You do not need a pile of money to elect someone to the Oval Office.

An they are trying to find any reason, regardless of how silly, stupid, or bullshit it is to perform the impeachment. Yet, to be taken seriously, they would have had to impeach George W. Bush a few years ago. Gosh, why couldn't they do that?
