Yeah, his ideas wont get him elected dog catcher. They are incredibly stupid, actually lack ideas, and glorify Mathusians. Not one bit of prescriptive shit in there by the way. Fuck the fucking the middle class is his talking point, make the richer rich and support the military-industrial complex. How is that new? How is that going to work because he slobbers it, because it has not worked in the entire history of the world, and certainly has caused the destruction of America.

Hunger, environmental disasters and the like. There are leftists who are indeed very prescriptive. For example, Bill Ayers is in favor of domestic terrorism. That's certainly prescriptive, apparently enough to get you a professorship instead of a lifetime jail term (for his actions and his incitements).

Now that was funny...I do wonder sometimes how some people cannot see the hypocrisy in their statements. I am still undecided if it is purposeful deception to sway a gullible public, just pain stupidity, or unreasonable faithfulness to a political ideology that blinds them to reality. No matter what you think of Jon Stewart you should admit he has a way of cutting through the bullshit to show the very tragic dysfunction of our government in a funny way.
