You've probably met my family on my dad's side. We're from the Hill People out your way. And I have a cousin who's a dead ringer for me, right down to the haircut and beard. I just hope he doesn't start robbing banks or something.

I was helping a client look for an apartment a few ago. He has a bit of money saved and thought he might want to look into buying on land contract.

The house is not only a dump, but it seems the entire back end of the house has been torn away. LOL

Um ea were they open to a deduction for the cost of the gas & matches that place so badly needed?

I've no idea. I drove by the place for kicks, wanted to see how badly run down it actually was, but didn't talk with the owner. The phone number is another area code, not local.
