I was helping a client look for an apartment a few ago. He has a bit of money saved and thought he might want to look into buying on land contract. We were ran across this Craigslist advert: http://erie.craigslist.org/reo/3811351720.html The house is not only a dump, but it seems the entire back end of the house has been torn away. LOL

LOL I've no idea. I drove by the place for kicks, wanted to see how badly run down it actually was, but didn't talk with the owner. The phone number is another area code, not local.
