well you sorta got 2 choices, courts and lead.

if courts do not work, then people are left with few choices.

the problem is that judges are in fear for their lives (arizona), and of on the take (california), attorneys have no incentive what so ever to cut into profits from the shit mess they spent the last 200 years creating, the legislatures are owned by the highest monetary bidder, and people are so busy surviving that they do not have the time to wade through all the disinformation out there and study law to the extent that they are able to beat these guys in court.

So down goes frazier.

People are aparthetic because they watch those who go to court against the ptb get railroaded into to the graybar hotel for life.

There is a reason that ALL corporations had a revokable 20 year charter, and only a few years ago the people on the board preached the wonderful necessity of the corps, well there you have it.

I'm not referring to the ruling. I'm referring to the current storage of basically all communications. The ruling you refer to is about admissibility. It doesn't actually mean the government was collecting the level of data that they currently collect. My point is that they are now routinely collecting information - not just when they suspect someone needs to be monitored. And that kind of blanket collection of data IS, in fact, a post 9/11 phenomenon.

As one who works for our Interior Ministry, we don't need "admissibility" if we know what criminals are up to, admissible evidence can be developed completely outside the intercepted communications, much as if an informant gave us the information as opposed to a radio receiver or internet intercept.

An example, if your FBI discovers a certain man is purchasing or trafficking a number of Kalashnikovs or several kilos of cocaine, the local police can be instructed to find something improper about his vehicle, or his driving of the vehicle and then "discover" the weapons or drugs in the vehicle. Few people obey all laws scrupulously.

I already know there's a file on me at least an inch thick. I held a security clearance when I was in the service, had a couple run-ins with the law, been named in a couple of lawsuits, background checks for a couple of jobs and my pistol permit, and I signed petitions at the White House. I have nothing to hide.

I have an FFL so they sniffed up my ass there, I aint been the best boy in my life, so they got lotsa paperwork, but Jane Fonda has never blown me, so I am not sure how thick mine is.

Hell, if they want pictures of me beating this motherfucker like I own it, I would only be too glad to oblige.

I get what they want to do with it, but rotsa ruck, we are some uncooperative motherfuckers here, it will go not much of nowhere.

He never said a word about what the Guardian said he did.

Of course the video could have been altered.

I agree,a normal jet con trail will soon begin to break up in about 5 minutes..Those I see now days seems to last forever, not only that but if you watch very closely they slowly seem to settle on the mountain tops and trees..I saw this in nam with agent orange...onlyThis time instead of killing the forest they are killing us...
