I am just disagreeing a bit here and saying yes people get rough treatment here sometimes.
Say we were sitting at a table and I disagree with you nicely, and you said to me " DId you leave your brain outside" THe rest of the table would look at you and think you the insulting, defensive person, not me. ITs not good manners. THere are better ways of coming across. I am not offended, I take it with a grain of salt. BUt THe point is ITS RUDE.
I was a fresh pure snowflake until someone peed on me. LOL. Now Im full of piss and vinegar. I now can make it in the world. Woohoo.
Call me rude and inconsiderate then because I actually have said that at a table of friends and people before when someone has said something stupid because they are letting their hormones or anger or just plain stupidity get in the way of them leading a healthy life. And everyone usually just smirks because they were glad I was the one to say what they were thinking. I don't mince words. I would rather someone be straight up rude to me than just give me a pity party or just pretending to be nice to me.
And I've also had a person get angry at me for telling them how it is. Some decided to never to speak to me again and their life just went from bad to worse. Others got angry, got over their anger and talked to me to apologize and tell me they finally got it through their brain that was parked outside the door.
I'm not going to lie to people to make them feel good. Then again, I don't normally hang out with overly sensitive people though.
