This kid needs some discipline. I even think that there are times when a nice big tall police officer coming to have a stern talk with a kid is a good idea. But the handcuffs and hours of interrogation seem a bit over the top. That being said....I am sure Mom is already picking out the color for her new Cadillac.

First, the child said it fell on the floor, the other side says he punched the kid and took it.

He wasn't "interrogated" for 10 hours. He was "held" for ten hours and a good portion of that was because his mother wasn't there to pick him up.
