Then the NYT wasnt a hack job except to the unmindful.

I see it as a coverup if we are lauding these great job creators and wealth creators and capitalists in America, AS PEOPLE when in point of fact they are the most unAmerican motherfuckers on earth, and are a huge drain on our economy, and we have rightwingers telling us that regulation and taxes are not the way to go with these guys, when in fact we should gut corporate enabling laws, quit spewing asswipe about free trade and the wonder of corporations.  They suck us dry.   The broad middle class is what creates wealth and  a strong country.

The broad middle class is just that, the drivers of the economy. Many middle class businesses are corporations. Many suffer under regulations lobbied by the mega-corps which suits their own purposes. Your right, there are righties who say that regulation and high taxation are not the way to go. Doesn't mean that no regulation or no taxation is preferable. Just that they are overdone.

There are also lefties who say that more regulation is needed, along with more taxation. That effects the middle class too. More to comply with. Compliance has a cost too. To the middle class compliance is quite burdensome on the bottom line.

So one must be careful about just which job creator, wealth creator, and capitalist one is talking about. Perhaps we should also talk about corporate lobbyists and those in political power who support them?

They are part and parcel of the deal.

I am a corporation.   I am a small business, and I can tell you that all the fucking I am getting is coming from state, county and city governments.  The fed is very easy to deal with and when we start examining it, most everyone that is a small business (non-stockholding, soulled corporations) is getting their fucking there as well.

I am no more ready to have anyone consider I would equate Con-Agra with what I would call a farmer than I would equate apples and oranges.

Soulless, enabled lassize-faire capitalism is not good for this country.  And socio-democracy is not socialism.

Absolutely. This is not an either or. Here is a paper out of Wisconsin concerning Federal Mandates and their effects on a state. Some of the fucking you receive is due to the Federal mandating your State to do it.

That document was not about any mandate(s) specifically. It was just about effect.

Here is one example of BS that comes out of DC. Some BS sticks, some doesn't. Yes, states are the most burdensome but that does not give DC a pass.

"Anytime you work ground, you're going to have dust. I don't know how they'll regulate it," Roberts said. "The regulations are going to put us down and keep us from doing things we need to be doing because of the EPA."

Yeah and the rat-poison jobs bill republicans were against what they don't know and havent found out about, but they know they gotta bitch cuz its bad.

Where is the actual proposed regulation?  So far, looks like flouncing to me.

Probably never got that far. Read the letter to EPA signed by 21 senators including Jim Inhofe and Tom Coburn. Probably asking EPA "Are you idiots?"

Yeah, I read it, and signed by mostly teabaggers and the focus of the deal was that they weren't sure of anything, but puking on their shoes over imaginary shit.

As they said, the proposed regulation would be at current levels or could be halved for particulate matter.

Now, more probably, than any probably I have seen probaled is that most ag would remain at the justified current particulate levels, and mercury ratpoison spewing toxic shit would be halved.

And that hardly calculates anything but good for GDP cuz it would be produced here.
