ORIGINAL: mnottertail "Anytime you work ground, you're going to have dust. I don't know how they'll regulate it," Roberts said. "The regulations are going to put us down and keep us from doing things we need to be doing because of the EPA." Yeah and the rat-poison jobs bill republicans were against what they don't know and havent found out about, but they know they gotta bitch cuz its bad. Where is the actual proposed regulation? So far, looks like flouncing to me. Probably never got that far. Read the letter to EPA signed by 21 senators including Jim Inhofe and Tom Coburn. Probably asking EPA "Are you idiots?" Yeah, I read it, and signed by mostly teabaggers and the focus of the deal was that they weren't sure of anything, but puking on their shoes over imaginary shit. As they said, the proposed regulation would be at current levels or could be halved for particulate matter. Now, more probably, than any probably I have seen probaled is that most ag would remain at the justified current particulate levels, and mercury ratpoison spewing toxic shit would be halved. And that hardly calculates anything but good for GDP cuz it would be produced here.
