I've yet to meet a Dom who honestly wanted to take care of me financially. Lots of them claim to want to do that but when push comes to shove suddenly the submissive is a lazy bitch who won't contribute ... sighs Now, as to all these new Dommes who talk about financial slavery ... Well, if you do a search for Dommes on google, a lot of the websites that come up focus heavily on financial slavery. It is a fetish ... This, however, is a free site ... So, I guess maybe that makes all of us kinda cheap ... Hmm. At any rate, most people who are looking to pay for their kink (or people for whom the actual paying part is their kink) probably aren't going to be hanging out around here on this totally free site.

Financial Domination is a legitimate fetish, with an alarmingly high percentage of 'fakers' on both sides, really. When I have had full-time subs, part of their submission has included management of their assets. However, I also worked for a Fortune 500 brokerage and felt quite apt to do so. snort There are a number of real 'Money Dommes', and some true Financial Sadists, and there are a high number of men seeking them, as well. Coming here and mentioning that you get paid for professional services is like going to a Gay Pride parade holding up a sign that says homosexuality is a sin against nature ... lol Ok maybe its not that bad ... The thing is, on CM, for some reason, anyone who mentions the notion of being "professional" and being in the "lifestyle" usually ends up being called a whore, a joke, a faker or any number of other things and then it explodes into this huge arguement. This is the only place I've ever seen this kind of rabid reaction so I don't really get it ... The concept is pretty simple, and though it isn't one of my own kinks I can definitely see how giving another person total financial control when you're used to having it yourself can definitely be part of a power-exchange relationship. I, too, am not interested in relationship that only focus on D/s without relationship or sex - but hey, to each their own arrangements. To some the idea of being in submission to a person, whipped about, and then dismissed with a directive to jack off seems pretty hardcore masochist. And, since it was brought up otherwise, I stripped through two years of college - definitely helped pay the bills for those us who didn't have rich parents or want to go into hardcore debt.

i look at it this way, the one money is one of the traditional ways that men exclude control. it is one of the things that many men take pride in, for a Domme to ask that submissive to give up their control and pride and hand it over to the Domme. i can see why that would appeal to many, plus in someways it appeals to the "knight in shiny armour" myth where they shower tokens of love on the Lady in waiting, where all they get is a simple "thank you," as the reward and that is enough. now would this boy go that route...no, but he does understand the fetish of it.
