I never said that it couldn't possibly have happened. I don't think he did, but there's a lot more information out there that we're not privy to.

Basically, I'm withholding judgement until the facts are in. If he did it, I'll be one of the first people to be willing to throw him in jail and throw away the key.

I also wonder if it comes out that he's innocent, if he'd be able to recover from the things that have been said about him.

my appologies. that wasn't actually aimed at you. it was from a personal pov because i've been through it, and told no-one because i thought i wouldn't be believed. also because children do tell parents, but that parent either disbelieves the child, or ignores it allowing it to carry on.

i told my ex that if ever my son told me of such a thing i would believe him, it would be up to him to prove different. also that i'd gladly be the first one to shop him for it, and cut his cock off.

i agree with your point about innocent recovery. it is the flip side of things that i also don't like. unfortunately it is rarely kept out of the media, which it should be, and that makes it very hard for the innocent to not always be tarnished. if it were one of mine accused, but innocent i'd be just as angry.

i agree that it's a horrid thing that some, well alot of people jump to conclusions, and condem the accused before anything is proven. it's a vicious circle.

as someone else stated; if the father is lying, and has put his daughter through all of this then he also deserves to be strung up.
