People who point out hypocritical threads are not argumentative, they are just accurate. There is a difference.

Thanks for asking this great question, jaydenne - and for the answer GT. i never gave it much thought but now that i know it's not automagic, i'll make it one of my birthday chores, like renewing my auto tags.

The CM software does not ask for your date of birth, which means it cannot update your age. Some other sites ask for your date of birth, and that is how they update.

And by the way, feel free to report any photo that has been purloined, even if it is a "representation" of what BDSM means to the user.

Jaydenne - it is true that you are upfront about the picture not being you. Unfortunately, Kana is still right about it technically being a breach of the terms of service unless the photos belong to you - you are the photographer/model or you somehow own the copyright. I know, I know, everyone does it, but just because you find a picture online doesn't mean it is free for use. I agree that it is a lovely picture and I do understand not wanting to show your face.

Anyway - in short, no, CollarMe doesn't update your age, so he may well be telling the truth. That said, I think I would have noticed that I was seven years off if I used the site regularly.

Dishonesty comes in different forms.

There's such a thing as copyright, and strictly speaking you're not meant to be posting any photos not of yourself without the permission of the copyright holder (usually the photographer but not always) and also without attributing who is the owner of the copyright.

By clicking on the button you make a declaration that you have the right to post such a photo.

But I put money on you not even knowing who took the photo and who the model is.

The Internet isn't a copyright free zone you know.

These two sentences contradict each other. Either you are looking or you're not. If you ARE looking, I stand by my position that all your negativity will turn off quality men. Your complaints are written to the type you don't want anyway; just block/hide/delete. Don't give them energy.

I read all this and by the end I forgot what picture we was being talked about . I say to each his/her own . Put your picture up and see what comes to you . If you lie and you are 50 pounds heavier and 50 % less hair that the guy who started out as 6'3" and now is 5'8" and pastie white not the bronze god that was seen . There is only one for the poor person who is standing in front of you with their jaw on the floor wondering what the hell . Either laugh it off as a joke or get mad and start a big ole' mother of all hissy fits right there in front of everyone and on tweet . When this happens just remember you where the one to tell everybody you had a six pack but never said it was in the cooler . You where the one to say you where a model but failed to say it was for Fangoria . Or was it Hill Billy monthly ? Ok that's it ! Who's turn on the soap box ?
