well, I wasnt gonna say it... [;)]
I also wonder how much these programs will actually make a real difference, as many times programs get bogged down in bureaucracy and all.. and too,.. arent all the soldiers gonna be coming back soon from Iraq, etc? which means the increase in funding is still likely not enough to cover the need of all those returning.. I really hope it does help those that need it...
