At the moment, yes.....and being worse than USAir is pretty amazing. United is losing luggage, the website isn't working correctly, they're substituting aircraft but not taking care of the seat assignments. I had 5 guys miss an international connection in Tokyo because the agent in SFO couldn't check them in because the computer system was screwed up. Hold times are massive. I just spent 2.5 hours on hold, just to reconfirm that the changes I made to their seats actually went through because their website wouldn't update and the seats or the aircraft change had never updated in the airline reservation system.
