Ok, so you found and quarantined several items. Good start!

However, given the fact that you had 5 trojans you should always re-run the AV program(s) immediately afterward because sometimes, removing one will activate a spawn file (another trojan). Re-run the AV program(s) as many times as needed until they all come up clean.

excellent points, also, do a reboot scan, sometimes spawn files activate upon reboot.

I ran it again and it found 4 more. I am going to set it up when I go to bed in a bit. If I continue to get the pop ups, I am gonna be asking for some great porn links!

Just some personal experience here... I installed Comodo Internet Security on this laptop and it locked it up tight as a drum. I had to go into Safe Mode and select a restore point from earlier to unlock my laptop (thank God for that System restore Point feature). Again, it may work work great for others but this is what happened to me.

JAS, I'd also go to 'Add/Remove Programs' in your Control Panel. Google the name of any program that isn't Windows and whose name you don't recognise. Especially any installed recently. I say this because some of these pop up things are now considered legitimate.
