Um. Really, the body is a self maintaining organism. You have kidneys, and a liver, and they really do what they're supposed to do as far as keeping you okay. If you have been exposed to things like heavy metals, well, there is not much you can do without medical help. I grew up here in SE Michigan, and I am sure that I have enough residual PCBs in my system to preserve me. It's just a thing. Chewing parsley is good for the saliva, and purifies the blood. Otherwise, remove processed foods from your diet, hydrate yourself, stay away from ARTIFICAL SWEETENERS and junk. Fresh or fresh frozen veg and fruit, a variety of foods, move around as much as you can, and you will feel better. You can do all manner of short term nonsense to your system, and it will basically mess with your electrolytes and make you dizzy, which reads as "energetic" for some people. Fasting for a few days won't hurt you as long as you're not diabetic.
