Heres the way I look at the situation in the OP. Like it or not, Rush is DAMN powerful. He speaks and the RNC trembles. That is POWER. He's a shock jock as well. He gets off on being outrageous. Other shock jocks follow in his shadow. The farther Rush goes, the farther they follow. They're relatively safe because they hide behind him.

Spotlight is on Rush because of what he said last month. By reflection, the light is on these other guys (and gals) as well. When attacked, Rush is powerful enough to shrug it off. The guys who followed him arent and they get zapped.

Look at it like a bunch of peasant footsoldiers following a fully armored knight into battle. The other side turns their archers lose. Seconds later, there's only one figure still walking.

One thing, though, the lone knight can now be attacked much more easily because his backup is gone.

An Agent Provocateur is someone who joins a group in order to make it do somethng negative for the benefit of its opponents. That isn't even remotely like what you are claiming here.

But back to the slur you posted earlier. We've now established she is not a "professional protester" so now to tackle the claim that she was a plant. The meaning in this case would be someone placed in a position by a patron. Are you claiming to have any evidence of such?

But who is Rush helping? My opinion is that he actually helps the Dems/liberals by giving them an enemy to rally against.

One of the Republican's main problems is that they don't have a "Bad Guy" to rally against. Hussein and OBL are dead. Someone trots out Jeremiah Wright occasionally but gimme a break if that's the best you can do.

Rush means well for his party but I really feel he is counterproductive.
