As long as I take 800 mg of ibuprofen with a huge glass of water, right before going to sleep, I am good. Works every time for me.

ETa eating a greasy meal at the Waffle House at 4 am soaks up most of the bad stuff too.

Wow that brought forth a forgotten memory from days long gone. Partying with friends and upon return popped open a beer and made myself a peanut butter sandwich. I awoke in the morning... full beer was still on my chest and peanut butter sandwich in my mouth. Normally i sleep on my side or stomach. To sleep on my back and not move enough to spill the beer... yikes! Gawd it was a full day before i got rid of that taste. Lucky i did not choke during the night! Foolish teenage years. lol

Aspirin before you go to bed or pass out lol, coffee, combined with nachos smoothered in only cheese. And then water water water.

I never really drank so much to excess as Master would have kicked my ass lol but on the nights he allowed it and i actually reached it, he shoved aspirin down my throat with some coffee before allowing me to sleep and then in the morning he went to inos (24 hour mexican place) and got me some nachos heavy on the cheese.

Surprisingly it does get rid of it.

drink as much water as you can hold before going to bed and then force down another litre. When you get up, toss back a good sized belt of vodka or similar and then water, fruit juice, water, fruit juice until you hate the sight of both.

For me drinking a lot of water between beverages prevents hangovers... but if I wake up feeling less than, then more water and a glass of orange juice seems to fix it.

Well then I had it right. I only drank vodka, back when I used to drink like a fish and always mixed it with water. Just enough o.j. to give it a very slight tinge of color, not even an eye-dropper's worth. No hangover for me. It is an acquired taste though and you know the bar you're going to is a usual hangout when your drink is on the table before you even take off your coat!

Now how about a cure for the cigarette hangover the next morning? I think that one's worse.
