"Because we've in fact attempted to create a secular country, which I think is frankly a nightmare."

His "problems" have more to do with his little-head and not secularism.

Status: offline 		I rarely post on political matters, as I feel most people are too divided and heated to really connect with, BUT---- I am in shock and disbelief that this clown could really be serious. SERIOUSLY? I would vote for Micky Mouse over him.

He says that the politicians ("we") have attempted (not succeeded) to make America a nightmare.

I am, by all means, no sympathizer of  Newt Gingrich, but changing his words to attack him is dirty and unacceptable.

Would 'sordid history' include things like associating with convicted terrorists, or calling a hateful racist preacher man who preached "god damn America" your spiritual advisor?

And does a sordid history really matter to people...

So the presidents friends bombed America, Michelle stated that she wasnt proud of America before Obama was elected, his spiritual advisor preached racial hatred and hate for America...

And Newt Gingrich is being accused of what exactly
