Not to mention that it doesnt have fuckall to do with "money for schools"...where too much money is spent by the Feds to begin with.

Status: offline 		They have been working on this little project for years. Just keeping up with the Russian, Chinese, and Indian Joneses, who have been working on similar "fast first strike" weapons.

They want something besides an ICBM with a conventional warhead which is as fast, but which shows up as a nuclear weapons launch on the worlds radar screens, and is a bit pricier to use, both in terms of dollars and politically.

Funding for this particular toy was allocated years ago under Bush the Younger, anyone not liking it should have complained then.

Yes Willbeur, it's a definite waste of money to try and educate our children.

Do you ever read the crap you write before you post it?

That attitude is why this country is falling far behind other nations in education standards and why they are overtaking us because we have an uneducated workforce.

I don't think it is everyone in the world plotting to blow each other up. It is mostly us. Some strange fascination with murdering people that permeates our society.

You really don't know much about the world, do you? Clearly you've never served even a single day in the military or you'd know the utter bullshit that you're spewing. There are at least 3 separate and very large regions with people who have been warring non-stop for centuries. Guess what. Not even one of them is *our* region. Not that I'd expect you to know that. Well there are no cost-overruns on schools say like the $350 BILLION at the pentagon during the fiscal conservative's [sic] 8 years in office. Defense of the country ? Really ? Hardly. Education of the country ? Who in power fuck'n cares about that ?

No, your kind of ignorance is why this country is falling behind. Federal money on education is largely pissed away. Money doesnt improve education. Smaller class sizes doesnt improve education. Family and self motivation improves education. The Federal Government is too far removed from where education is delivered to be effective.
