Status: offline 		Just announced, Frazier lost the greatest and final fight of his life, passing away from Liver Cancer. Rest in peace, Joe.

They only just announced he was ill.

He was a great fighter.

Status: offline 		Yeah, it was fast. When I heard that he had liver cancer, and then was in hospice that quickly, I knew it wouldn't be long at all. Very unfortunate. But he provided some awesome memories.

Status: offline 		RIP Joe.  I cried when they announced he had it and was in hospice, not so much for him, as for me.  Liver cancer took my dad quickly in 85.

Cancer sucks.

Foreman ,at least was an actual champ...but remove Ali and The rumble in the jungle from his story and he is nothing more than a Liston or a Tyson.
no greatness there save what Ali ,by dint of Jim ,bestowed on him.

Just got it on the news tonight: he was only 5' 9". Bloody hell - I'll be careful about picking a fight with a short guy again!
