There is an easier way to deal with all this.
First, delete all those "vanilla" social network accounts. Send your old school friends a Christmas card once a year, say "howdy" to your neighbors when you see them, call your family once a month, and talk to your co-workers for a few minutes each work day. Really good friends are the ones you can sit down to have coffee with, get a hug from, or provide a shoulder for them to cry on. You'd be surprised at the ways you'll find to spend together offline.
Second, delete all your personal email accounts, then create a single new email account. Give the new address out sparingly and only to people who can deal with hearing from you just occasionally. Anyone who feels slighted if you aren't interested in what they are eating for dinner, is no real friend. Then, check that email only once a week, and reply to emails only when you feel like it.
Finally, with regard to the kink sites... pick the one you enjoy the most, and delete the rest.
Life is so much simpler when you don't have an entire online community to keep happy. It also gives you much more time to make yourself happy. [;)]
