I have a couple of e-mails that I use like Kaliko for spam avoidance, YIM using my main YH e-mail, and one for kink.
I'm on FB, but mainly it's for those damned additive games......I haven't played pogo.com for ages, and even let that subscription expire. It's also a way to keep in touch w/family, but I don't live on it like some do.
I hang out here on CM a bit each day, but otherwise, I'm not tied to the computer. It's a tool of convenience in my life, that's all. I can actually get up and walk away and not suffer withdrawal symptoms like some people I know!
What amazes me is how someone who forgets their cell phone at home simply panics becuase they don't have access to it for 8 hours. Hell, half the time, I don't know where my phone is, and the other half, the battery's dead!
