I would just use one of the frozen egg whites in my freezer that are leftovers from making custard.

I've never actually got round to trying those. But the Joy of Cooking version of mayonnaise, with about three times the quantity of mustard? I rock that sauce. :D

(And also: goat. Nomnomnom goat! I keep meaning to buy some from the Halal butchers in town, but always I seem to forget. Next week I will remember, and then it will be curry goat time! :D :D :D)
