I must admit I have seen and read about alot of things but one thing has stumped me:

Has anyone heard of this and what is it?

Status: offline 		do you mean GIMP fetish? Never heard of an imp fetish and have no idea what that is but there is something called a gimp fetish.

It's a full body latex suit a person wears which reduces the person to an object.

Could that be what you mean?

To the OP's question, I have no idea, but my guess would be that it is a nicer way of referring to a bratty-sub sort of funishment dynamic.
