Except you left out half the sentence.

The People ARE the militia.

The People, not the government have a right to keep and bear arms. The government has a duty to well regulate but it can not infringe upon that right.

nice and therein lies the problem

the creamie supremee courtskowskeee construed people to mean community plural, worse they construed people to mean State when they stated in ELKS that the bill of rights do not apply to the individual.

Neither a State nor a Community can bear an arm.

Only a man or ONE of the people can bear an arm.

That decision has never been overturned btw, any questions where your unalienable rights disappeared to including the ability to adjudicate them?  [8D]

as a human being we have unalienable rights even if a government say we do not

Tell me about unalienable. I have  gun and a jail. If you do not do as I say I will put you in my jail or shoot you. Anything I say at all. What is to stop me ?

Well, they've had 20 years of repub spending instruction under their belt.

Tell me how many years since 1980, the repubs did not need a raise in the debt limit ?

Geithner is a capitalist and thus just like most of them...loves govt. spending no matter where it comes from.

What do you think putting down insurrection meant ?   And it says lawfully incurred debt limits are the law.

A federal debt limit was first passed in 1917...the Second Liberty Bond Act.

Civil War debt was just $65 million in 1860, but passed $1 billion in 1863 and had reached $2.7 billion following the war.

In the following 47 years America returned to the practice of running surpluses during times of peace experiencing 36 surpluses and only 11 deficits.

First contained in a statutory limit that restricted total federal debt in 1917 when Congress passed the Second Liberty Bond Act.

After WWI. debt at $25.5 billion, was followed by 11 straight surpluses and saw the debt reduced by 36%.

Raised 74 times. Debt is raised for almost every war, raised more in just the last 30 years than in the preceding 200 and is to be raised in every budget proposal now before the congress. Ryan's calls for $4 trillion more in tax cuts.

At no time in the history of this country has the federal govt. been balanced or run in surplus...with tax cuts.

You do not have an inalienable right to vote. That Elks was of course yet another plainly racist decision by the court...doesn't change that fact.

Human beings have unalienable rights.... its that simple and no government can take them away. Of course, Governments may suppress them, even at the point of a gun, but they still exist.

Just for starters, if you are too young and do not have citizenship or you are a felon, you do not have the...right to vote.

And describe felon. Smoke a joint, go to the joint. Felon. When THEY say what a felon is, the power is mindboggling if they know how to use it right. I don't see them stepping down.

Look you all really need to take a few moments out of your lives to educate yourselves on how language works.

Anytime you modify a word it now becomes a colored word.

Hence the root of the word human is man derived from yu'man or hu'man meaning well see for yourself:

[image]http://i123.photobucket.com/albums/o296/nine_one_one/blacks%202/universalandcriticaldictionaryofEnglishlang1849WorcesterWalkerHUMANHASTHEQUALITIESOFAMAN000.jpg[/image]

Ask yourselves why the dictionary made it a point to distinguish "NOT divine".

If you have the qualities of Man that means you are something else.

You all need to realize you are talking law here and words in law have meaning unlike thats ma dog mo bro shit people are used to.

unalienable rights have no meaning in law.  You can have as many unalienable rights as you want to claim and no where in the american "legal" system to adjudicate them.  Its all been abolished.

For instance mortgage is a dead pledge swearing to be [al]liege is the pledge of everything including your body to the whomever or whatever you swear to become an [al]liege to.

I mean this shit is unending but if you get it down it explains the world around you and why things are so fucked up perfectly.

In other words once you understand how they think all the pieces of the puzzle fall together and fit perfectly.

voting is a political privilege.

keep in mind you are in a plutocracy that is sold as a democracy such that 51% could say so sorry no more voting and short of a revolution you are fucked.

Termyn8or -> RE: Tim Geithner: 14th Amendment Says Debt 'Shall Not Be Questioned' Huffington Post - 2 hours ago Treas (7/2/2011 10:50:57 PM)

I saw a movie a looooong time ago that was interesting. I taped something else and it was on after so I never saw the end, and I have no idea of the name. In old Salem a bunch of wigged folks concocted a scheme to accuse people of being witches to take their land. This was probably a Z movie, but if I ever could find it, it would be a serious milestone in my quest to have it all.

But back to it, notice that the 14th does not say a word about IRS code. If we accept Citizenship, we agree to alot of things and then enjoy the fruits of protection, which may be a farce, but it beats nothing. It also doesn't say a bunch of other things. Like how I can prevent a city inspector from trespassing on my property. The last couple years I had a car, when they stopped me in it they never searched it. I mean my weed was in there, and it was still there when I got it out. When others got stopped, IN THE SAME CAR, they tore the motherfucker up searching it. Why ?

I know why. Does anyone else ?

you only have the rights you know how to enforce and an attorney will not do that for you, you gotta KNOW your rights and the judges will test you.  Lots of judges are getting the shit sued out of them now days lol

there are any number of reasons they leave you alone...

Oh and look up the abrahamson case,  the state can "claim" you as a liege for being there just like the king could if you decided you wanted to live in england.

they own yer ass!
