There is a time and a place for everything. Freedom of expression in how one dresses can be taken too far.

I think both situations are ludicrous.

If you want to fly on a plane and wear attire that offends people, buy your own jet. Otherwise, any establishment has the right to toss anyone out if they find it inappropriate.

I am sure people find this to be subjective, and perhaps it is, but in the end it is the airline's choice.

I agree it is the airlines choice.  What I find objectionable is that the black kid was told to pull up his pants  (and regardless of his response) then arrested.. the middleaged white guy was given a pass...
