There are things you can do in your room... You can replace the windows in your room. Aluminum windows are better for sound abatement. You can do a search online for sound proofing You can also put padding up on the walls of your bedroom. Foam mattress padding that is shaped like egg cartons can really reduce the noise, and if your room is smallish, it probably would not be terribly expensive. Me, I sleep with a fan going on high to mitigate noise outside because I like living in urban environments with train noises, traffic noises... it works well enough for me, creating a white noise filter.
