LDV about not wanting to dig too deep and see if he's already met someone, I think you may wish to reconsider. If he already has, and you were fluid bonded, then since his word is of no value, you can't trust that he's practicing safe sex. I would suggest getting a std scan and sending him the bill.

^ the OP sounds rational and reasonable to me. Her follow up post is worth a re-read. Other then that- we dont know all the specifics- --- the so ons and so forths- but from her post- IMO she thought things out.

It does rather sound like that guy is playing her. We also do not know what the other strikes are. Either way-- she seems to have a grip on it.

Already was planning to visit the doc for a check up. I do that as a matter of course when leaving a relationship, just to be safe.

As for being sensible or level headed about this, yes, the thread does make it appear so. That's my story and I'm stickin to it.

Thank you for the support, I was beginning to worry that perhaps I was simply blowing it out of proportion, having been burned before.
