Your link says American hasnt sent any arms to the rebels.....yet. Which is how it should be to my mind. Cameron said in Parliament today that the Uk wont break the UN arms embago that is in place. They will also consider if it is advisable to support any one group without being sure who they are. ( IE Al Qaida or similar )

Since you cant remember who, Im going on the belief that the "other" didnt matter who... just that they were the "other". Which is kinda sad in itself. Voting "against" someone isnt casting a vote, its throwing a temper tantrum in the political process. I never vote party lines. I vote for issues. I find it interesting that the GOP suddenly feels a need to target the "black vote" considering that vote only accounts for about 13% of the electorate. But, considering the black voter turn out that so many insist won Obama the election was only 12%, makes me wonder who the other 90% (of those who voted) voted for. But that is for another thread.
