Hi Folks, I am wanting to get an exercise DVD, and I've been looking at them, (there's a TON out there). I was hoping someone with some experience could recommend one that is: A) For beginners B) Not too long (approx 30) C) Not high impact - no zumba, aerobics I had back surgery a few years ago, and need to get back into exercising to strengthen my lower back, and well heck, I know I will feel better; But if it's too difficult, I know I won't do them. I can build UP to moderate/difficult, but I need to start slower. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks, Elizabeth
