Exercise DVD - 3/2/2011 11:49:55 AM

Hi Folks,

I am wanting to get an exercise DVD, and I've been looking at them, (there's a TON out there). I was hoping someone with some experience could recommend one that is:

A)  For beginners
B)  Not too long (approx 30)
C)  Not high impact - no zumba, aerobics

I had back surgery a few years ago, and need to get back into exercising to strengthen my lower back, and well heck, I know I will feel better;  But if it's too difficult, I know I won't do them.  I can build UP to moderate/difficult, but I need to start slower.

Any input would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Elizabeth

I recommend Rodney Yee - He has some wonderful yoga videos. Don't balk at that - yoga can be pretty strenuous. Also, it can get you in touch with your body and help you recognize what you need. And it can easy when you need it to be easy.

Good luck and good on you for doing your thing!

It is not a DVD, but i love Dance Dance Revolution. It might seem a bit whimpy..until you actually do it (huffpuff)
