I actually stopped already just before half of the video was shown...as I can't help it to know how my body would ache fibromyalgia wise....and knowing what a previous classmate goes through these days with physio and whatever else after spending her childhood doin intensive sport acrobatic stuff (she was in the national team training for the olympics but sadly never got into the olympics itself) I would not want to be this flexible...more flexibility is my aim in life but just not to such an extreme
