In the True Blood series, it says they're susceptible to silver. I hope this info is needed for a book or story and that you don't really believe in them.

They react also adversely to lemon in that series.

Traditionally it is often iron.

From a folklore perspective, it depends on the cultural orgin.  Most Celtic legends include cold iron as one of the few things that can kill the Fae, but salt, various herbs, and other items have been used to ward them off or disrupt their magic.

Terry Pratchett says iron and silver. The silver was used to shoe a fairy queen's pet unicorn and deprive her of it. But yes, I forgot the iron.
