If I'm going to do that though I tend to do so at the weekend more than in the week, and not more than once or twice a month.

I used to live in Hertfordshire, and The Watford Cafe (guess where it is) is the bestest greasy spoon ever, and they do absolutely the best bubble & squeak in the world. Sadly I no longer live close enough to go, although sometimes, if I'm out for a bike ride on a cold winter's morning, I do pop in for a large plate of everything
