Misogynistdom is the place where you can find them.

nah Stevie - that just qualifies as HAWT!!

I'm a submissive masochist - I love men who want to dominate me and beat me. I love men who respect women and other men, and treat them with equal respect. I love men who cherish what I give them through my masochism and submission, and reward this with their sadism and dominance.

I loathe men who think "all women are inferior/sluts/stupid". I also loathe bitter men who spend their time whining about how unfair the world is, how one gender has it better than another.

Thankfully I'm smart enough and choosy enough to surround myself with the former and avoid the latter

Dominant just means he needs to be the leader in an interpersonal relationship. It doesn't say if he deserves it.

Could a misogynist be dominant? Sure.
Should any woman be in a relationship with him? No.

Next question?

Is the title Dom a legitimate one for a misogynist?

Call me crazy if you want but I actually see more examples of misogyny in women and submissive men than I do dominant men.

So do I.

I actually have seen far more misogyny on vanilla sites than on sites like this.

There are lots of bitter, angry guys out there in cyberland and it is frightening to think that you are walking right by them on the street, being interviewed by them, etc.

I think on sites like this, many Dominant men posture themselves as "you know you are nothing but a collection of holes to be used and abused" because they feel that is what submissive women think.

And some do. That does not make them necessarily haters of women, it just makes them clueless in that not all women wish to be treated the same and in many cases, such as mine, we like to be both respected and treated like a slut, but only by ONE, not the world of men at large.

Hopefully the OP was genuine in the question and has learned something. I saw it as rather uneducated, and totally humorous and somewhat trollish in that sense. Any attempt to double label people, and more importantly defined individuals within a group is at best ignorant. Misogyny is misogyny no matter where it is, and attempts to attach it any specific genre are ill conceived in a mind that lacks any sense of awareness. Most times I find ignorance funny, even when my own crops up. I just hope there was intent to learn, rather than an intent to double label Dom/mes or worse create some troll sparks.
