I've been having trouble with Yahoomail though. Seems like Yahoo's servers have been down a lot lately.

knowing you Steven, you've probably been receiving too much "hot" mail thru your hotmail account and burned the darned thing out!

Got rid of Hotmail long ago, it became too problematic for me to use, always being down when I wanted to use it. I believe hotmail has changed so much from when I started using it years ago, perhaps it had just become too heavy and something didn't like it. Mind, I don't use IE at all, and I believe some browsers have problems with microshaft crap.

my only problem with hotmail is the amount of spam I get on it

I recently used my hotmail acct to contact someone.. and suddenly, a bunch of folks have been spammed .. allegedly from me.. fucking hotmail!!

Are you on Facebook too?   That happened to me, but it was connected to FB.  Since Hotmail now has this "social" listing, they are working with FB and I had to delete my Hotmail contact list to get the spam to stop.

Couldn't access mine at all last night Steven, kept saying it was "done" but nothing would come up.  So I had to remove the entire program and re-load it.  Now it's working again, this is the first time I've had problems, and I use hotmail a lot.  Maybe try what I did and see if you get any results.  Hope that helps.

Is it your email that's the problem, or your msn chat? I haven't had any trouble with my email (apart from the usual spam), but chat has been flaky for a while now.

Hotmail is only good for a spam trap. I just use the hotmail addy I have to access web pages that insist on registering that I have no inclination to get junk emails from. i.e. L.A. Times Newspaper.

*Sigh*

TPB suggested removing MSN, so I used Add/Delete to remove MSN.  No better.  She suggested removing Windows Essentials but I couldn't find that anywhere on my HD.  I tried installing her linked program as an overwrite, and no better.  I restored Win XP to two weeks ago and that didn't help either.

I may just call microsoft tomorrow and bitch.

I was hoping it'd work Steven.  Microsoft is probably your best bet as of now.  Wish I coulda been more help.
