OK, I mean this in the best way, but here's a clue...... GO TO YOUR DOCTOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Only testing can detect if you have this or not. Your doc should send you to a nutritionist to put together a diet, and most, if not all, health insurance policies have a diabetes management section that will be more than able to help you. Everyone's body reacts differently to diabetes, posting a question looking for dietary suggestions, symptoms, etc is really not the place to look for answers. There are varied medications out there to try, and again, everyone reacts differently to them. Some work for some patients, but not for others. I've walked around with sugar levels so high that I should have been in a coma......after my dad had his gall bladder out, his sugars were at 500 +, again, he should have been in a coma. Everybody reacts differently to the disease........see a pattern here? Again, see your doctor!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's a couple of simple blood tests, that's all. BTW, this is written under the assumption that your are talking about diabetes, not some other "type 2" disease.....
