Definitely not my thing, any more than the starving or forced anorexia thing, among other things that I think are unsafe and not worth it. But I'm all for people having the freedom to take their own risks, and make their own decisions for their own reasons. I don't lose any sleep over it or feel the need to object to what other people decide to do with their bodies.

If it's consensual, it doesn't strike me as being too far out of bounds. Not my thing but is it really stranger than bondage and whipping?

If non-consensual - meaning past hard limits that have been set and communicated - than it's as wrong as any other such behavior.

I can see this fetish if your psyche is fixed in a food=nurturing mode.
