She was a drug addict who died of an overdose.

I like the kitchen and the fact it still has a portion of citrus grove. That's unusual for that area, to have that much land. And the price is fair for the area.

But that's not the house I would buy for that money.

I guess we do have good fishing here.     As a kid we use to coho fish in Lake Michigan.
Jefff- I am hoping the improvements- will boost the area- that then I could sell.

I hesitate because it is hard to come out ahead that way.   I mean- I still would need a place to live.

-   there are days being banged would be good.    If I was smart- I would hand you a paint brush.     The whole place could be painted.
