A new element to My already extensive regime, of My slave emenac.

I noticed a slight podge on his tum, while on a night out at Ceasers a few weeks ago. This got My mind racing, to add this as part of his training.

I have set slave, a daily routine of situps and pressups daily, and also he must complete an 8 mile walk weekly.

emenac also has a fitness slave manual, which he must document all his accounts of all his daily/weekly fitness exercises. This I sign and comment on, when I summon him fo his duties twice weekly.

There are some very useful applications in modern mobile phones now, one being a pedometer googlemap programme which actually accounts for all walks/jogs, which is filed and can then be emailed to Me direct. So I see the steps taken, the carlories burned, the actual route of the walk, and the time starting, finishing and completion of the task.

This is quite new to Me, and emenac, and is quite an effective addition to My slave training of him.

Three weeks in, I have already increased his situps and pressups, so it is quite interesting to see the physical changes already. The situps are becoming easier for him, aswell as the pressups, so I have increased them as of yesterday.

I do enjoy admiring My naked slave, and it will be quite exciting to know that I am moulding him physically.

I have even had him stop his 3 sugars in tea, and convert to canderel which he hates lol. Oh well

Only situps and press ups? It's obvious you aren't suited to be a personal trainer. You might as well tell him you're causing back problems. You're working only to improve what you see which is not at all what the body needs. He needs a full range of core exercises; both upper and lower abs and back exercises because the back muscles are not getting worked.

I hope you're doing these exercises also. You don't want everyone laughing at the out of shape domme with the fabulously toned man wasting his time on her, or do you?

My former Master held me to a certain physical expectation.  He decided what he enjoyed as to my physical shape and how that shape held clothes -- i am tall and long legged so he enjoyed accenting what he liked about my shape -- i.e., my long torso and legs.  As i was the slave -- it wasn't a concept of HE had to have the results on himself he expected of me.  Slavery isn't a concept of what is right for the slave because of what the Master finds pleasing, is right for the MAster if he doesn't wish to do so.

He held me too a strict regime that sometimes he allowed to lax and yes there were many times i told him he was an ass as he and the boys got yummy snacks or food now and again and i wasn't allowed to endulge.  But all and all, he was into health and fitness.  (God i miss it lol).  He didn't make me keep journals or track of things -- he simply had an eagle eye and if he noticed things changing in a way he didn't approve -- he tighten what i was allowed to eat and up the physical activities -- and believe me i complained but all in all i LOVED the results.  My complaints simply had no affect on him lol or he simply agreed with me when i whined lol.    He also was big on supplements etc.  I WISH i would have paid more attention because i would love to try and mimic how he maintained me in damn good shape while i was his slave. 

I think its great you have decided to utilize this concept as part of your determination for him.  As his Mistress, you are the one who decides what you find pleasing and if his being in excellent shape is what you like, then that's what matters.  Its not a because the slave does the Owner has to do it also.  If he is anything like me, he will enjoy the results and your reaction to him and yes, others reaction to him.

grins, if you really wanna torture him -- get him P90X, i hear that is a bitch of a fitness concept but the results are awesome -- i have friends who have done it but it is seriously a bitch.

I need one of these for myself. Should I find a slave of my own, I'll make exercise part of the deal; partly to ensure she's in good shape, but also so I could join her and get myself in better shape, too.

Seems like a perfectly reasonable way of bonding, exercising dominance, etc. etc.

Oh, and hundredpushups.com and twohundredsitups.com are good programs. I'm on them myself right now. (There's also twohundredsquats.com and twentyfivepullups.com.)

Sorry, but unless one has some kind of background in fitness and nutrition they have no business designing any kind of plan for someone else. Certainly if they are following something created by a professional in the field that is one thing, but as DesFIP pointed out, you are not even providing him with a balanced workout routine, so over time you may do more harm than good.

If you want to have your slave follow a fitness routine, be responsible and have one designed by a professional or even order your slave to join a gym and get a personal trainer. I'm really not trying to be rude, but honestly, since you haven't a clue what your are doing other than getting your jollies.

Far as I know....no one has died as a result of doing 50 sit ups.........I say run the fucker into the ground......that's what they're for!

Yeah, make the fucker work!

IMO, drop the sit-ups, they do often do more harm than good, crunches are a little better.

Get you a wheelbarrow, sit in it, and make him push you around the yard, that'll tighten things up a bit.

angel, you're right about P90X, that and the Insanity programs will wear you out, but it's not a bad idea to get a check up before getting that gung-ho.

I can say from personal experience that P90X is an incredibly difficult program....but it works.  If you are a sadistic Dom/Domme who also wants to reshape your sub's body, P90X is the way to go.

(Note:  I agree that Doms'Dommes who don't have a background in the health care professions or in physical training should be careful about prescribing fitness programs for subs.  I can easily see someone having a heart attack attempting to do P90X.  It's that hard.  Don't try to force someone to do it who is not in shape to attempt it.  It is probably more difficult than any other fitness program that they have ever attempted).

I know someone who has done this program as well. While it does get amazing results, I would question any fitness program that will push you to the point of vomiting and tell you to go right back to the work out.

Good point. The person I know who did this program is my friend's son who just turned 22. So if it was working HIM so hard to make him vomit, I can't help but wonder what it would do to someone older and not in shape.

Good point. The person I know who did this program is my friend's son who just turned 22. So if it was working HIM so hard to make him vomit, I can't help but wonder what it would do to someone older and not in shape.


I am in my 40's, and I haven't had a heart attack yet.  But I was a college basketball player, and I workout 4-5 days per week.

Despite all of that, I have vomited plenty of times while doing P90X.  Heck, with P90X, if you're not vomitin', then you're not tryin'.  [:D]

If you want to see some REAL results, you should put him on core exercises.  Also, you need to make sure that he maintains his target heartrate during his aerobic training. You can do that here.  I've been working out off and on for most of my adult life, I was also a massage therapist, I took a course in personal training and I've taken TONS of fitness courses.  Anyway, you should only increase reps every 2 weeks, approximately.  Also, you need to make sure he maintains an aerobic fitness routine 4 times a week for about 20 minutes minimum per session.  It's 18 minutes at target heartrate before you begin to burn fat calories.  Another important factor is form!  Form is extremely important because if you don't maintain proper form, you can injure yourself.  You should always support your back with your abdominal muscles, you should tuck in your hips when doing exercises standing up.  Feel free to email me if you have questions.  If I don't know the answer, I'll find out.  Or I'll just say, I don't know. 

I've never heard of P90X, but if it makes you vomit, count me out!

Not only that, but if you're not in shape and you're wearing one, they are EXTREMELY uncomfortable, though I think they are just adorable as a fashion statement!

To add, My slave is not over-weight, he is the perfect BMI for his 5 foot 3 height, petite and slim, so no cause for concern for excess.

He also has to complete an 8 mile walk/jog every week, so that is the cardio I am satisfied with.

It is the routine, and regime that is the element to this particular training task.

I Myself workout 4 times a week at the gym, so I am athletic. The dynamic would not work if I were over-weight or not in control of My food intake, and eating habits.

This is in no way a drill sergant approach, this for Me is more about adding another daily routine, to My slave's slave training, and to improve his fitness.

I can see improvements already physically, and because it is a gradual process, it is great at setting quota's in advance to complete, as in increased reps as his fitness does :)

Hello angel,

Thankyou for your detailed accounts, of your experiences.

I really do enjoy admiring My slave, he is always naked in My presence only wearing his CB6000s lol.

There is so much satisfaction for an Owner, to actually sculpt and mould their slave's physical appearance, not only as much mentioned moulding of the mind, habits etc.

This is a new element to our dynamic, and it is working really well, we are really enjoying it thus far :)

The most rewarding is the progression, and seeing the overall benefit of a healthy sub, so My best interests for My slave are at heart.

I will look into P90X, sounds interesting.
