Sounds like the sort of performance that would of got my attention LadyPact.

Some the bigger BDSM clubs do performances over here but the big performances tend to be run at fetish clubs.
Fet clubs in the UK tend to go on for around 8 hours (10-6) and the bigger ones will get in excess of 2500 people through the door. There are dungeons, dance rooms and stages or pits for performers. It has a carnival atmosphere where people go to extremes with their dress and you will see anything from outrageous geisha girls to fire eating stilt walkers.
It’s a wild and open minded crowd that enjoy a crazy performance and the performers help to create a very hedonistic night.
In the dungeons you may have something extreme going off. Extreme needs to be run through with the DM’s and the DM’s will access safety regulations/consent and all the rest of it. The promoters love players like this because they pull crowds and entertain the punters.

Now that wouldn't make me squeamish, I'd be pretty impressed with the guy. Also full suspension from hooks, it's often years of training to get to that point, again respect, but none of that gets me hot.

My "towel on the seat" scenarios would be more along the lines of forced by coersion (sp?)

It's the blood 'n guts stuff that makes me squeamish.
