A way to address the unemployment rate?

Maybe it won't work for gay men or straight woman, but you have to appreciate the thought process of implimenting this program.

Status: offline 		Who would agree to have a device in their car to give them a speeding ticket?

I'm therefore aware of no such trial.

We don't need satellite technology because we have developed the pothole technology, patented to give all speeding BMW drivers a nightmare. It utilises nanotechnology to make the road surface unpredictable. The asphalt aggregate has legs and during the night plays a game of musical chairs.

Status: offline 		Average speed cameras are the most effective, you don't need satellite technology for that, just a measure of distance between points and the time it should take for a car to get between then whilst obeying the speed limit.

Nothing new, mostly used for road works.

THAT explains the road conditions here in Lawrence. I wondered.  Thanks for clearing that up!
