What a great idea! Much better than CHIPS and less expensive than setting up a camera system.



A way to address the unemployment rate?

Maybe it won't work for gay men or straight woman, but you have to appreciate the thought process of implimenting this program.

Who would agree to have a device in their car to give them a speeding ticket?

I'm therefore aware of no such trial.

We don't need satellite technology because we have developed the pothole technology, patented to give all speeding BMW drivers a nightmare. It utilises nanotechnology to make the road surface unpredictable. The asphalt aggregate has legs and during the night plays a game of musical chairs.

Average speed cameras are the most effective, you don't need satellite technology for that, just a measure of distance between points and the time it should take for a car to get between then whilst obeying the speed limit.

Nothing new, mostly used for road works.
