I just watched a small workout session of my pupil sub girl and I didnt know how hot and bothered I got from watching her play with one of those giant excersise balls. Does anyone else think the same way?

I didnt think it would be interesting but she got my attention real quick.

Any of you girls out there use this tactic on purpose?

Its so hot Its almost bringing me to tears.

I am quite certain I don't use it to get anyone hot and bothered except myself. Yayyyyyy exercise!

i think most men find women exercising in just about any way pretty hot.

i'm a certified yoga teacher. i was once told by a friend that every yoga pose was shorthand to a man for "insert penis here."

They are inherently very unstable. i've known many people who have turned to yoga after a bad experience with those balls. i don't understand the appeal of them other than the whole "oooooh, it's a big squishy ball" thing.

they help recruit certain stabilizer muscles that would otherwise go unstimulated by working out on a rigid surface.

Problem is that people with weak cores (i.e. abs) do not have strong enough "stabilizer muscles" as you call them, and often slip, fall, and twist, bend, and break parts of their bodies that they would rather not have twisted, bent, or broken.

oh I agree that they should not be used by novices to training but for an intermediate or advanced trainee they are quite beneficial is certain aspects.

i agree in some regards, but honestly there are better exercises out there to refine those muscles.

i do see value in using them for lifting, etc, but no sitting or weight bearing on them - too easy for them to pop out from under someone in a moment of distraction and twist your back into a life-long injury.

My specialty in yoga is yoga therapy, so i work with people who have been injured in many other ways, often from other fitness activities - so i realize i have a bit of a bias here. But honestly i have seen more harm than good from these balls, and i don't see the value of working with them other than the novelty of working with a big squishy ball.

But yes, nods back to the OP, i agree they can look sexy. Hee hee!

there's actually a better alternative to them and you still get most of the same benefits. Its essentially half a ball with a flat bottom and the material its made of is a little more substantial.

That's a BOSU. And yes, it is a totally different tool.

My guy gets seriously worked up when we do any kind of physical activity together. Exercising, biking, kayaking, hiking, etc, anything that involves us working out and getting sweaty. Heck yes I use it to my advantage....

First of all I know he's very happy for me to be there as his companion with him doing this stuff, and secondly I get to wear tight fitting gym type clothes with the wholesome ponytail thing going on. It seems to turn him on in a major way for him to see me sweat...I'm not sure why but it has more of an effect on him than if I were in front of him naked.

... Oh women! I don't think I'll ever look at yoga the same. Or be able to keep a straight face when my male friends participate!

Hot yoga is another exercise fad you might want to check out. Maybe do it together with both of you nekkid.

But, it kind of kills the moment when if doing yoga properly and you would know this, one farts, all that gas encouraged to leave the body has to go somewhere, what end is uppermost.

Exercise balls, from a person with back problems who does both pilates and yoga, wow, they help immensely, balance being the key they support admirably.

But in reference to the OP, I do not find anyone exercising to be erotic, exercise balls or not, but what I do find admirable, is people who do exercise for the betterment of themselves, so they when the situation arises can be erotic within themselves and proud of what they are as they appear to others.

Well, if it attracts an otherewise unwilling person to exercise, why not.
