Discuss.......

P.S. I'm not talking of the time someone went to a supermarket intent on buying cabbage only to have a hideous reawakening of their values and bought cauliflower instead.

As a pointer - what are you capable of in extreme circumstances?

I've been in extreme circumstances. What I am capable of gives me reason to believe in myself and my ability to survive and protect what is dearest to me.

It wasn't always pretty, moral, or admirable, but I have no regrets.

I know myself very well.

I was perhaps 14 when I decided that the best day anyone had ever spent was spent fishing in solitude, and ended with cooking part of his catch over an open fire before sleeping under the stars.

40+ years later I still spend as many days as possible that way...

I'm 37 and I'm just beginning to figure out who I am and what I'm capable of. Unfortunately, not all of what I discover is so great. A good deal of it is pretty cool though.

You must first define 'knowing yourself.'
