No fix for it yet.

Not to mention the number of vulnerabilities that are being worked on at this time on any number of various open source operating systems and behind-the-scenes networking components.

Networked computers have never been completely free of vulnerabilities and security holes. I doubt they ever will or can be. It boils down to the individual sitting at the keyboard or multi-touch interface to make some decisions about how safely they wish to traverse the digital domain. In order to be able to make sound decisions, they need to care enough about this stuff and read up on what the vulnerabilities are and how to use any available workarounds there may be at the time.

Bottom line... the internet is not a completely safe place to be. Either you're good with that or you're not, and if you're not, you shouldn't be online reading this.

Here's a helpful link taken from the discussions of the article quoted. It sheds some light on how to provide more protection to your PC. Again, it's not 100% effective at stopping everything as there is always something new on the horizon, but it does provide another layer of safety to those who are willing to deploy these strategies.

But lets be honost..how many know how to use these weaknesses.

Mostly, with what ever browser, it is the user that activates the wrong things.
