David Bowie. Generation X.  Billy Idol.  The Ramones. Green Day.  Transplants.

Pick something from any of the above, and it would be spot on.

Elvis is ok- Just that Bowie is more my "time".   You know - coming of age and all that stuff.  The music from then is special.
