I was wondering about the pitot/static effect caused by fast air moving passed the building, sucking the static air inside out, much like the pitot static system on an aircraft used to measure air speed, altitude, mach number and altitude trend. The other effect could be vacuum effect, fast moving air drawing the slow or static air out, thus causing the pressure change. But regards stormy weather, when the wind is blowing the rain horizontal, I love it !
