I admit that a deer came out of nowhere tonight. We came around a curve and there it was in midair. In the dark, the car looks okay. Will have to check it in the morning.

We called the police in case the deer was lying wounded and needed to be put down. It wasn't to be seen so I'm hoping it made it. But I wouldn't lay odds on that. This came after avoiding two others we could see in time.

I don't know why they were all out. Usually that only happens if it's supposed to rain the next day and the forecast is clear.

I admit, I dont drink much but have been on painkillers this week....makes my fingers act badly. I can hardly feel the fingers on my left hand.

I admit that I still have this head cold
I admit that everything I have tried has failed, although I have reacquired the ability to breathe through my nose, sorta.
I admit that at this point, I am considering using non traditional methods to beat this cold, up to and including triggering a stellar gamma ray burst event to eradicate the cold virus (the problem with this is that it would eradicate all life on earth as well, so I need to tweak this plan a bit, since it would upset Lucylastic and a few others.)
